CRACK IT: Call for orphan solutions

Have you a solution searching for a relevant problem or application? As part of its open innovation programme CRACK IT, the NC3Rs has launched a call for orphan solutions in all areas of bioscience research. Scientists at universities or SMEs can submit technologies or ideas which could provide the next generation of research tools while minimising the impact on animals in research. The NC3Rs will work with researchers to develop a ‘pitch’ to showcase their solution on the CRACK IT website, giving industry and other interested parties an opportunity spot new approaches with strategic, scientific or business relevance. The NC3Rs will help initiate collaboration between potential partners to develop the solutions further.
